After riding my 2025 V5 Fighter mini pro for around 350 miles on her, it was lacking in the power i was used to in cheaper 5600w or 6kw scooters. So over last winter I picked up V5 blade GTII quick connect motor and controllers. Also added a fighter 11 4 inch tft display and steering damper kit. And road it about 100 miles till I added a new latest firmware IVCU. Which sent the stock bms into protection mode. Lol which no one wanted to fix just offered to sell me a new Teverun battery for $800. So I found that the yume hawk pro 27ah and 30ah exactly the sane physical size. Even though the teverun is a 5p and yume is a 6p. Which make them drop in for ruffluly half the price for the same cells. But back up and running. Supposedly its going to poor tomorrow but Tuesday will post a couple videos with the 55.6mph GPS and display matching. I actually had to put the original display back temp till I pick up the 5 inch the 2.0 is using beause the new button pad is picky about which display its using which is fine everything else is working perfectly. And since the ivcu swap instead of 100 miles on odometer its back to 0, I can live with that.

After I modded my 2025 V5 carbon fiber edition Teverun fighter mini pro, I upgreded to the Blade GTII V5 quick connect motors and controllers, the fighter 11 TFT display and steering damper kit. But after swapping to a fresh latest firmware IVCU since mine came with beta firmware. It recognized the scooter as a fighter 11 and the put the 25ah pack into deep sleep. It ran fine with it zero codes or alarms. But the stock bms was really to close. Unfortunately any one with a fighter mini knows how tight the deck is packed. So finding a larger pack that drops in off the shelf with the corect specs was hard but fortunately the Yume Hawk pro's s6p 30ah Samsung 50e is the same physical size as teveruns 25ah Samsung 50e packs 14.2"x5.1"x3.1" with XT60 discharge only thing you need is either an adapter or crimp on pigtail to XT30. Teverun gets around $800-$900 for a Samsung 50e pack and yume gets $550 for there 30ah Samsung 50e battery Unfortunately yumes web site is 100% misleading in the add it says usa stock with 3-7 day shipping they dont say batteries ship from china. So I ordered the battery may 5th and got the notification that it cleared customs lol just a hair late. Going to have to find another coat rack to use. And then next month i am picking up my first 72v. Narrowed down to 2 options if its back in stock, I will be getting a Maxfun 10 pro 2.0 supposed to be in sometime in july, if not ill be picking up a G-Space Mars eco unfortunately the GT is out of my price range with a $2500 hard max. I also got offered a deal on a 2026 Hezzo D5 Pro bike for $2100 the pro is usually $2600 so not sure exactly what I will be getting. But most likely will be keeping my Teverun since it only has 420 miles on the body yes i said "420" lol and about 100 on a new drive train and completely new pack so if I did let it go it will bring some decent money being all plug and play mods and having the digital receipts for all oem parts. And with a 55.6mph top on a full battery and 53.8mph after its pretty damn fast too.

Anyone else had super longer wait tines on batteries coming through customs. Other then then my new Samsung 60v 30ah 50a pack my 2025 V5 carbon fiber Fighter mini pro is running Blade GTII motors and controllers, steering damper. Fighter 11 TFT dispkay 160mm disks. I added a bunch of new wire wraps anodized accessories and bolts. Kept low profile 11 inch tires. Not going to spend the money to go-to Fighter 11 swing arms. Also am getting ready to order my first 72v I ended up deciding on the new Hiley Tiger King RS not sure if I am going to keep or sell this one has 480 miles on the body 100 miles since the swap no alarms or codes runs perfect all mods were plug and play except the new 30ah Samsung 50e pack I have to swap the charging connector from jst to XT30 otherwise everything was 100% plug and play. With the new pack scooter and all the parts I have around $3k into it maybe a drop more. Its completely stable with a full pack hits 58.7mph after 66.5v stays at a steady 53.8mph even with my 210lb ass on it. I usuly have the seat on since I am a disabled vet and ride mostly seated. Now I know ill never get what I put in. But if you guys were going to sell and almost new 53mph teverun with a brand new 30ah Samsung pack and all the recipts for OEM Teverun parts what would you as and take for it also including the stock Bosch 10 inch 1000w motors and 25a teverun controllers to go with

After upgrading my fighter mini pro to blade GTII motors and controllers, fighter 11 display, 160mm disks, thumb throttle and 7 button pad. Teverun sent me a replacement BMS due to my being one of the first batch of 2025 and it came with 8.3.1 beta firmware which would never get an update, meaning I couldn't change the display to fighter 11 ui after changing everything else. I was trying to decide if I should just keep as a spare since it was running perfectly lol. Immediately upon the swap it shuts down and only powers on during charging with no codes or alarms meaning everything is fine no issues, its a know issue teverun even put wake wires on there more expensive new packs to solve the prob but not on the 25ah pack. There are a few tricks to wake up the bms but no luck. So to avoid this again I found a good quality off the shelf dumb battery that fits exactly the same as the teverun 25ah a yume hawk pro pack at 14.1"x5.1"x3.1" is exactly the same and a good quality Samsung pack with almost the same scooter specs the yume has 35a controllers mine 37a the yume 6kw max mine 5kw max leaving me even a little overhead. So i order one ftom yume where the site says usa stock 5-7 days shipping. No where does it say batteries ship ftom china but I am sitting at 5 weeks now and its still sitting in customs. So I found a shop that actually stocks them is real and has a decent reputation alphaproscooters there definitely was a convenience cost at $120 more its the price of not waiting. But it have me a chance to finish everything up added a steering damper, had to break my own rule and drill even with the stock teverun kit. And I also have a new rubber mat on the way since the old one got tore up from opening and closing the deck so I also ordered red deck washers and going to punch holes in the rubber and add the red deck washers and see how that looks. The grip tape looks cheap on a teverun. I will say its the first damper I installed that you really dont lose any turning radius. I guess that what you get when its designed for the frame. There really wasnt a wobble but when it goes over 50mph you just wonder if that one turn is going to set off the death wobble. With the KKE set to 8-9 clicks and 38psi in the tires it was pretty comfortable just nice to have that extra security especially when it hits 55mph on a full pack at 83lbs it does feel a bit scary lol. The torque of these controllers

definitely fight above there weight. Picking up a G Space MARS Eco in the end of July and I am still keeping this one as its one of the most fun light weight sleeper I ever rode, and I didn't have to splice one wire which almost makes them like factory modded.

Needed a new full face helmet as my old one was getting beat up. Have tried a ton of aliexpress helmets from $40-150 this one ran me like $55 shipping took longer but its definitely the nicest and best quality aliexpress scooter type helmet. It matches my scooter with the carbon fiber look and red accents. This one is true to size I have a huge dome lol and the XXXL fits perfectly the pads are removable to was but still fit tight and are good quality with a solid metal buckle not cheap plastic lile others. As far as cheaper aliexpress full face helmets I highly recommend tbis one. I added a $45 1080p intercom camera with live view on phone screen and got both for $100 the camera/intercom with bt headset mounts in the pads and has a 360° swivel mount so you can face it to the rear and see live view on your phone it turns into a backup cam way better then mirrors on a scooter once my new battery gets here hopefully by Wednesday ill make a few ride videos camera seems crazy good quality for $45 the test videos so far have been far better then cheaper sports cams I have tried it really has a wide lens view. Will pit up ride vids next week I like the idea of having the noise canceling mic inside the helmet will make way better vids and with interal speakers music bleeds through to videos. If it works as good as I think it will as a rear view camera. Now if my new $650 60v 30ah Samsung pack would get here so I could get back on the road it would be really excellent. Highly recommend this well built full face helmet for scooter riding my scooter does 53mph and I am comfortable with this helmet. Of all the cheaoer aliexpress helmets i have tried tbis one is definitely the best quality cant miss it on aliexpress. I paid $45 took 4 weeks shipping if you get the $55 priced one you'll get it in the normal 7-10 days I didn't realize it was cheaoer because of longer ship time. Still waiting on my replacement battery so I didn't miss anything. So for around $100 for both the helmet and intercom seem to be pretty excellent quality i boght just to use for music and to make videos. I have a speaker i mount on scooter but anytime I park i have to carry the speaker. The intercom headset speakers are actually pretty loud and have actual base inside the helmet. Will post ride vids in a week or two
