I found this little guy while shopping for plants. Makes me smile every time I scroll past the photo.

Happiness and Peace

This is my little slice of an oasis. I live in Seattle,WA,USA and did some light watering since it’s a hot day. I’ve also gotten a few harvest the past few days.

My joyful place

I’m located in Seattle, WA,USA and it’s going to be a fairly warm day today. I went to give my garden a light watering (yesterday was a heavy day). This whole experience has brought me so much joy! This is my first year growing. Seeing the life come into my life is so wonderful.

30 days in

About a month ago I planted all my seeds in this raised bed (minus the onions those were starts). I’m amazed at how quickly things took off. Makes me excited for the possibilities.

Slow Mo capture

I’m just amazed at even in slow mo how fast their wings are flapping. Also makes me wonder how they were able to calculate how quickly they move.

Better photos

Today was an amazing day at the feeder. It started with this morning I went to change the feeder and there was already a humming bird that was looking around. After work today I opened my front door to take the trash out and we startled each other. A few moments later they came back.

Second visit and first time two visited

Yesterday I had a humming bird visit my feeder (I swapped my old one out for this one). Today I had a second one also visit. I tried to identify them (I believe they are rofus ((possible not mature yet)). I live in Seattle, WA, USA.

I also am in the process of planting some flowers from needs and hope maybe that attracts more.

My Bed so far

This bed has a funny story…… I’m really horrible about estimating space and I’m a man (gay, but still 😂) and I bought this 92.5”x92.5”x11.5” raised garden bed thinking it fit in my back yard……. It didn’t 😂.

I planted everything two weeks ago (minus my onion starts that was yesterday). I have several heirloom beans and corn growing in it (my goal is to make my own masa and cornmeal this year).

I also have pics from my patio (I have 3 green stalks in total, but only 2 are planted).

Fruit budding and Bearing

I took a peak at some of my citrus today (I’m in zone 9A) and my Calamansi is starting to bear fruit, blood orange is budding, and my yuzu/ Meyer lemon are also starting to get some buds showing. This is my first time growing citrus and I’m really excited.

12V battery died 2020 Model 3 Standard Plus

Hi all,

My 12v battery died on my 20202 model 3 standard plus and I can change it myself, however….. I can’t get it to hold a charge long enough to power the car off on the touch screen. I’m wondering if I disconnect the power without powering it down first would it be okay/safe? I have an appointment scheduled for next week, but I thought I can do it myself a little quicker.

S/N mobile service won’t come out and I have to take it in.

Thanks for the help.
