How long can reconstituted tirzepatide be stored safely?

I recently started buying tirzepatide from Skye Peptides and am considering a 40 mg vial because it costs less than buying four separate 10 mg vials. At 2.5 mg per week, it would last 16 weeks.

My question is whether there’s reliable information, or any experience here, about how long it can be refrigerated after reconstitution? Would keeping it for 3–4 months be ok?

Previously, I used tirzepatide from a compounding pharmacy and sometimes used it past its BUD. Since this product is labeled for research use only and isn’t dispensed by a pharmacy, I’m wondering whether it would be different in this case.

How did you break into finance with little to no experience?

I graduated with my bachelor’s in Finance this past December, and I’ve been having a really hard time landing my first job in the field.

For those of you who got into finance without internships or much prior finance experience, how did you do it? What was your first job, and what do you think helped you get hired?

At this point, I’m also considering starting in a sales-based financial role just to get my foot in the door. I’ve been looking into things like life insurance sales and mortgage brokerage/loan officer roles, but I’m not sure if those are actually good stepping stones into finance or if I’d be better off continuing to apply for entry-level roles at banks, investment firms, etc.

I’ve even applied to basic entry-level bank positions and made it through interviews where the recruiter/interviewer seemed to really like me, only to never hear back afterward. It’s been pretty discouraging, and I’m starting to wonder if I need to approach my job search differently.

If you were starting over with a finance degree but little to no industry experience, what route would you take? Would you consider life insurance or mortgage sales to build experience, or avoid those and hold out for a more traditional finance role? Are there any specific positions, licenses, certifications, or types of companies you would target?

I’m in Miami if that makes a difference. I’d especially love to hear from people who graduated without internships or connections and still managed to break into the industry. Any advice would be really appreciated.

To everyone who blamed the wrong people and bullied them over these murders—how do you feel now knowing you were wrong all along?

When no one knew who murdered these four innocent people, so many immediately started blaming those who were close to the victims. Strangers made up theories about who committed these murders, even though they didn’t know any of the people involved, and bullied innocent people online.

If you were one of those people, how do you feel now knowing your “theories” were wrong? Are you proud of making innocent people feel guilty for something they didn’t do? Are you proud of making their lives even harder while they were grieving the loss of their friends?

Social media has become a scary place. And to all the so called “journalism content creators,” stop pretending to be investigators. There’s a reason you’re not professional journalists.

And let’s not forget how the internet destroyed Dylan and Bethany. People accused them of everything imaginable without a shred of evidence. So many acted as if they knew exactly how they would have reacted, even though none of us truly know how we’d respond in a traumatic situation. So many refused to accept the possibility that, even if 911 had been called sooner, it may not have changed the outcome.

Is tesamorallin a good option for me?

I’m 25F and I’ve been doing Tirzepatide on and off for the past year and I love it because it takes away my inflammation when needed, and let me not forget the 20 pounds I’ve lost overall. Anyways, I have stubborn belly fat that I can not get rid of, no matter how much I work out and how many times I do a 4 week course of tirz. Would tesa be a good option for me especially for someone my age?

Book recommendations for beginners?

Hello everyone, I am just getting into the world of trying be healthy and majority of that is by eating healthy. I grew up always eating fast food and quick meals since my parents didn’t have much money growing up. Can someone please recommend me some really good books for a beginner trying to learn more about nutrition? I’m very intrigued by the anti-inflammatory diet.

Last minute spots to watch games

Where can I go last minute without a reservation to watch tonight’s games? I was planning to go to the fan fest but I’m sure it’ll hit capacity soon.

Hello all,

I will be staying in Playa del Carmen the next week for a couple of days and my fiance & I are looking to do a day trip in Cozumel. What we want to do is maybe chill at a beach club with a sandbar trip to El Cielo.

If any of you have done something similar to this and booked it with a reputable tour guide or company, please give me your recommendations!! TIA.

Brickell is now Gringolandia

Man I know a lot of outsiders have moved to Miami but I haven’t really seen it with my own eyes. Brickell is like no Latinos anymore wherever you guys, it’s just a bunch of Americans from out of state. What happened!?!? There’s like none of us locals in Brickell anymore! No I’m not raised in Brickell but born & raised in Miami all my life

Edit: For the softies taking this as a race thing, that’s not what I meant. When I said Latinos, I was referring to Miami culture and locals. Some of the most Miami people I know aren’t even Latino. My point is that Brickell feels like it’s full of transplants now instead of people who grew up here.

World Cup watch parties recommendations?

Looking for the best spots in Miami to watch the World Cup, specifically USA and Brazil games. Not looking for what Google says. I’m looking for places with an actual atmosphere, packed house, great vibes.

Before anyone says “Bayfront Fan Fest,” I already know about it. I can imagine it being a pain in the ass just to even get there.

Riviera Maya, St. Regis Kanai or Edition?

Going to stay at the Edition for 5 nights at the end of the month for a quick getaway for my finances birthday. We booked at the Edition, but after seeing videos of the St. Regis next door, we’re kind of intrigued to switch over. Has anyone stayed at or visited both, and can give a pros & cons of each resort? TIA!
