Can someone help me find this movie
a movie about a guy who was living with his parents and he went to a bar and got drunk and then he said that he will beat up the first guy he sees and when he saw a complete stranger coming across him he beats him up and when the cops shows up they arrest the guy who got beat up because it turns out that he’s a wanted man and they rewarded the drunk man and then he decides to turn his life around and try to join the police and asks his dad to teach him how to fight I also remember that the police rejected him
