How did they make the bagpipe-like sound at the end of The Night Watch?

I want to make a Scottish/Celtic folk sounding track and I was really inspired by The Night Watch from Starless And Bible Black, and there's a really distinctive bagpipe-esque sound (from the Mellotron I think?) and plays a very Scottish folk type solo. Does anybody know how they managed that?

[TOMT][MOVIE][2019/20]

There is a thriller/horror movie released around 2019 or 2020, where this girl meets a boy online and they start hitting it off. They decided to meet in real life during halloween. They dress up as zombies wearing sports clothes. The boy wears an American football gear while the girl wears some netball clothes. Then the boy drugs the girl, rendering her unconscious, and the girl wakes up in a strange house with two other girls who are dressed the same and look similar. They have the similar netball clothing, but they are both white and blonde. Our protagonist seems to be more tan in terms of skin colour. She is then forced to change her appearance and name to the same as theirs. There is even one scene where one of the girls say “what is your name”, and then the protagonist says her real name, and then the girl asks again, saying “what is your real name?” to which the protagonist says the name she was assigned, and the girl says “good girl”. It turns out that the appearance and the name has something to do with the boy’s dead sister.

/uj I reordered Three of a Perfect Pair

There was the 'Left Side'/'Right Side' concept of the album, and I didnt think some of the songs on each side belonged. I also thought that some of the songs didn't flow particularly well between each other and the ending for Larks 3 wasn't that great. I struggled a bit when it came to ordering Sleepless and Man With An Open Heart, so I kept them the same. Let me know what you guys think!

Here is the re-ordered playlist
