75 cal chocolate cloud bread

75 cal chocolate cloud bread

2 egg whites- 34 cals
2 tsp sugar- 33 cals (this could also work with sugar free sweeteners)
1/2 tsp cornstarch- 5 cals
A sprinkle of cream of tartar
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder- 3 cals

Actually tasted pretty good, only thing I’d do differently next time is spread it out thinner on the baking sheet so it’s not as spongy/foamy in the middle. Edges are pleasantly soft and crunchy. This would probably be fire with sugar free chocolate chips

Chia seeds soaked in peach citrus Fresca (120 cals)

1 cup peach citrus Fresca (0 cals)
2 tbsp chia seeds (120 cals)

Very refreshing and still semi carbonated. Took a lot of whisking cuz the seeds kept rising to the top and clumping. Much better than just soaking them in water! Using more liquid also seemed to help :D

Update: my tummy hurts :(

105 cal PB chocolate substance

Yes I know it looks like dookie but it’s so good I promise 😭

Mix
3tbsp PB2 powder (90 cal)
1 tbsp unsweetened baking cocoa powder (10 cal. Half would probably be just as good)
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup (5 cal)
splash of vanilla

Add a little over 1tbsp of water and mix until you get a consistency similar to overly thick frosting or maybe cookie dough.

It’s like a decadent chocolatey dessert. Maybe add a little more syrup, it wasn’t terribly sweet when I made it. It doesn’t look like much but it’s very rich so it feels like a lot. Adding some berries, banana slices, or chocolate chips as a garnish would probably be really good here as well.

DAE feel like they’re going to pass out on flights during ascent and while turning?

Every time I get on a flight I feel like I’m going to pass out during ascent, sometimes descent, and ESPECIALLY while turning mid-air. I get lightheaded, dizzy, and a bit nauseous, and I always get a headache during flights. My head feels too heavy for my body and I get oddly weak. Does this happen to anyone else? Is it normal?

Is it weird/unacceptable/threatening to bring a metal grip trainer to the dentist?

I’m ND and I can’t stand the dentist. Between the scraping, having someone in my space, the tastes, the sounds, the claustrophobia, etc. it’s a sensory nightmare for me.
I have chronic pain and sometimes squeeze a metal grip trainer to deal with pain better. I find that this works better for me than traditional stress toys because I’m too forceful with them and break them easily.

Would it be acceptable to bring a grip trainer to a dentist appointment to have something to squeeze/deal with it better?

I only ask because my dentist often sees me death gripping the arms of the chair and stops frequently to ask why I’m doing it or offers to give me anesthetic, which I don’t want. I’m basically just worried about annoying or confusing them
