Saw someone asking if having a singlespeed and front brakes is frowned upon. Been riding this Cinelli since 2019 with both front and rear brakes.
Prefer to have both front and back as Im getting older and safety riding around all the cars.
Super rare Takeda Homono Classic Aogami Super. Calling it a bunka, near the Kiritsuke / Gyoto.
I am the second owner, never sharpened or abused by me. It has been stored in my safe after purchase and cutting of few veggies. This is the Takeda knife to get as its not only made by a master it is super thin, longer compared to regular bunka.
Previously this knife was sent back to Takeda in Japan to be reground and thinned. This knife has a very nice forged hallow. Includes Saya made of rosewood.
