Daily football silhouette quiz I've been building — World Cup edition live for the group stage
Posted here a few weeks ago and a load of you played/ commentated which was genuinely brilliant. Got so much great feedback.
Quick update because I've leaned the daily into the World Cup for the group stage so new first clue and World Cup centric players.
It's a daily silhouette puzzle called Good to Hear the Name. Five clues revealed one at a time, five guesses. Cult heroes and journeymen, not the obvious top-50. Wordle for footballers, basically.
If one a day isn't enough there's an archive going back to early May. Free, no signup, plays in your browser. Also on iOS and Android.
The more feedback the better, especially on difficulty of players

Good to Hear the Name — daily soccer quiz, guess the player from 5 clues
I made a daily quiz where you get five clues to guess the player. Each clue gets more specific so you're trying to get it in as few as possible. New player every day.
Fair warning, this isn't Messi and Ronaldo. You'll need to actually know your stuff. Premier League and European football knowledge will go a long way.

I am a teacher in London and I have created a revision app for AQA 1H Tsarist and Communist Russia, although it would probably apply to any 1855-1964 Russia course.
It includes specific knowledge recall, concepts, extracts, blank recalls. You can log in and track your progress.
