Has anyone here dealt with Rondinella Realty? They have a lot of properties in Burbank that have been around for years but in the past couple of years went through a family lawsuit following the death of the matriarch and it seems there is a family civil war with tenants caught in the middle.
The main property owner seems to be very callous and we’re concerned that since he’s taken over, he may try to price out or evict several tenants that have been on fixed income housing for decades.
Does anyone have any working knowledge on this company/family and what to preemptively do to secure tenant rights?

Roaming the little path ’neath dotterel trees
Of some old hedge or spinney side I’ve oft

Listening the pleasant sutherings of the shade
Nor startled by the woodman’s hollow stroke
Till autumn’s pleasant visions pine and fade
Then they in bolder crowds will sweep and flye
And brave the desert of a winter sky
