Smartthings starting to charge- need replacement options

With Smartthings starting to charge for access to their API, I’m thinking of removing my devices which are connected via Smartthings. It’s mostly nearly 10 year old ge paddle light switches. I run a ton of Lutron devices so I could go that direction but wondering if there are any cheaper options (perhaps HomeKit compatible natively). Lutron would my gets expensive and I need close to 10 switches. I also have one spot that’s a 3 way switch.

Best deal I'm going to get?

I'm pretty sure I've found the best deal I'm going to get on a Glacial Grey 25 MME Premium AWD Extended Range but would love some confirmation from the herd.

1K miles (dealer car reportedly driven by the sales person I'm dealing with). The car is actually sitting in their showroom. I haven't seen it yet, but I assume it will look new.

Price is $46,990 - $6,000 (employee pricing + charger rebate). Cash price as 0% financing isn't available with the discounts.

I know I likely could do better going fully pre-owned but I want a 2025 (heat pump is important to me).

Obviously I'm on the lookout for dealer markups but so far the sales person has been pretty upfront with pricing.

I recently started a new job where I’m commuting 3 days a week- 60 miles each way. I love the look of the Mach e and am looking at a premium awd with extended range. I have a ‘22 Mazda cx5 premium plus with 40k miles which is currently costing me nearly $60 twice a week to fill. The trade in value is probably 19-22k

What are people seeing as the absolutely best deals? Is the 0% 60 month financing still an option?

I’m fighting a bit of an uphill battle with the spouse as she doesn’t believe in ford reliability and isn’t sold on electric either but I’ve got an opening to get the car I’ve wanted.

I’m potentially open to an ultra low mileage cpo but would prefer to buy new.
