when you see this franchise quit like they just did, it needs someone who cares a bit more. Someone proudly accountable to Cleveland. Yes…..I’m saying it…….they need @KingJames to return home to save the day…..if THIS group is ever going to bring a title back to Cleveland. Seriously!!!!

Those of you who have a substitute teacher license in NJ through the Board of ED is there a requirement of days you have to work to stay active ?

I’m thinking of getting mine but just want to know if you have to work a certain amount of days throughout the whole school year to stay on the payroll

Were any of you guys a security guard and found a better job/ career later in life ?

I’m 35 I been a security guard since 22. Once upon a time I loved it during those early days but as time went on I got more and more disgusted with being a security guard. If it’s not an engineer looking and talking down to you there’s issues with a building manager or a tenant or an another security guard. I’m just fed up doing security and I always felt like I should be doing something more. Not to mention I’m ashamed of being a security guard.

But I been working my building for close to 8 years but they are going residential and all of us have to leave later this year.

I hate starting over but maybe this is a sign for me to step out of my comfort zone.

Just curious if there’s anyone on here doing security and sick of it or did it and left it and found a better job/ career ?
