So after weeks and weeks of disconnects (the tune of hundreds of outages a day) and 2 tech service in home visits - I call to cancel service. After 45 minutes in the phone with the cancellation dept, they said oh we can’t cancel you because there’s a service downgrade order scheduled for 7/14 and do you’ll need to call back on 7/15. Yeah? No thanks. I already unplugged the modem and started using a new provider 6/26. I’m not wasting my time to go through all that BS yet another day. Cancelled my Spectrum phone service too since the price would increase $50 on that too. Goodbye Spectrum. You can send an RA for your modem.
ok, so a bit of history. I have had Spectrum internet with NO issues for 3 years. Starting two weeks ago I started experiencing outages. This coincided with a deluge of rain here in Texas. Since then, my internet modem goes out for a few seconds at a time, knocking my router offline, then the modem comes back up and followed shortly by the router. I work from home via a VPN so every time this happens, it knocks me off the VPN.
I had gone through chat tech support about 12 times with them telling me it works fine. I had a technician come out yesterday and he changed the modem. He said he tests it and I am getting 1.2 gigs to the modem. Of course while he was here it stayed connected. They're planning on charging me $50 for the service call too. Now this afternoon we are back to the ONLINE light on my new modem going out, then flashing white, then flashing blue again before stating solid, every few minutes.
Any ideas? I am so frustrated.

So far they both look fantastic. With the Mopa/Diode not being able to do crystal cubes but the Ultra UV can. What can the MOPA/Diode do that the Ultra cant do?
