Whats the current mid-end 1080p Monitor FPS games king?

Looking for an upgrade from my ViewSonic XG2431 after it stopped working. I want atleast 360hz, but my pc is on the lower side of mid-end, might upgrade in a few months. Is there a monitor thats considered amazing for max 400-450 euros?

Its gotta be 1080p, 24-27 inches, minimum 360hz, really good motion clarity, but also has to be good for visual games, movies, etc.

So not the Zowie monitors. Are there any top tier options for that nowadays? Something thats considered unbeatable for that price maybe?

Current options ive found but not sure if good:

  • Alienware AW2524HF / AW2724HF
  • ASUS ROG XG259CMS

Preferably looking for opinions of people who have researched monitors a lot.

Good budget work mechanical keyboards?

Looking to get a nice feeling mechanical keyboard for my work. Its gotta be somewhat quiet, but not necessarily no noise, just not a loud one. Preferably a budget one and i cant build it myself. Id probably be willing to pay less than 40$ for it, but the cheaper the better. Layout doesnt matter much, but preferably not full size.

What is wrong with my Viewsonic XG2431?

I was just watching videos not touching anything and my monitor started doing this. Its as if the pixels started coming in from the bottom and distorting upwards in a way.

There are horizontal lines all over the display and a thin line from my cursor to the top of the monitor following it. It was making a sort of feint buzzing noise.

I tried turning it off for 5 minutes, turned it back on and it was fine for 30 seconds then those lines started coming in from the bottom of the screen again with the buzzing noise starting again.

The monitor has been out of warranty for a couple of months now...
