I keep reading horror stories about MetLife — payments cut off out of nowhere, endless requests for doctor's notes and then acting like they never received them, and hiring investigators to follow claimants and catch them doing everyday activities. It's honestly nerve-wracking.

So I want to hear the other side. Is anyone out there having a genuinely good, drama-free experience with MetLife afterapproval? Payments on time, reasonable requests, no surveillance games?

If you've had a smooth experience, I'd love to hear it.

Does this seem normal to you all? the grates feel like they should be half an inch longer and wider. It makes the grates hard to clean.

Recently, I got the Phantom Prestige 500 Grill, I love it but I miss having a Griddle, I tried the Griddle topper for the Prestige but it is so heavy and to much hassle to put it on every time i want to use lt. I want to get a Griddle, but can decide between the Freestyle or Rogue. For those who bought the FreeStyle, any regrets for not upgrading?

is there anyway to keep the smart display on all the time while using the grill. the display on my grill goes off after a while and I have to press the Botton back for a couple of second to get it on again and when I do all the reading are accurate. is this some sort of battery saving function to turn the display off after a while.
