So I have had an Amex BAPP for a few years now but since around July 2024, my app has failed to show me how much I have spent so far.

Deleted the App numerous times, tried on different phone, still won’t show it. Other half also has BAPP and his app shows the spend to date, mine used to but then stopped. I just have this showing!

Raised as a complaint in July 2024 and still waiting for a resolution to it, they did uphold the complaint, gave me £75 for the trouble and said they would get their technical teams onto it but still no resolution to it.

Anyone else experience the fact that you can’t track spend in the app?

Packaged in foam wrap, sealed in cellophane and packaged in decent cardboard.

Not opened the seal yet but looks to be amazing! Can’t wait to get into the imagery and content.

Ordered from Opus, shipped by Transglobal and delivered by Royal Mail to where I live in Yorkshire.

Just a tad warm but what a stunning walk from Buttermere Hause up the valley and round to Grasmoor. Went through 3litres and electrolytes and still wanted more. Tough in parts but very enjoyable!
