This weekend ensured I’m never having kids
My fiancé and I traveled for a family event and this just solidified that I never want kids. I don’t want the yelling, the rough housing, and all of the other things that they do.
We were at a family dinner and as soon as the kids got there it was just hell on earth. Food was being thrown, yelling was happening, iPads are blaring. It was the worst thing ever. That night I got the worst headache ever.
People don’t realize that there are so many downs to having kids. Here’s a few of my reasons for not having them:
Yelling
Bloody murder screaming
Not listening
Poop
Pee
Vomit
All the body changes while pregnant and after(too many to list- 100s of reasons alone)
Too much money
No vacations with just my husband anymore
Kids are disrespectful
Sticky hands
Boogers
Backwash
Kid coughs
Coming home after work and hearing “mommy”
How society treats mothers
Have to make a good “healthy” dinner every night
Personal goals
Wake up in the middle of the night for a crying baby
Parent teacher conferences (introvert here🙋🏻♀️)
No movie theaters anymore
The economy

I am going to a celebration of life in 2 weeks, her favorite color was blue, and I need help deciding what shoe to choose for this dress.
Shoe #1: XoXo wedges, bought at Ross. They are very comfortable, and my favorite of the three.
Shoe #2: Lauren Conrad thick heel, I think I purchased at Kohl’s. A little too high for my taste plus back strap digs into my Achilles tendon.
Shoe #3: A new Day wedge/heels, purchased at target. Straps are a bit too long so I have to punch new holes.
Which heel looks best with the dress in your opinion?

For some context, I got engaged March 2025 and we are thinking of getting married soon and I just need some advice on picking the wedding band. I put the top 4 ones that I really like.
