I'm a highschool graduate trying to choose a suitable college for me, I'm unsure if I should go to CSB or CIIT,
I'm from Muntinlupa, I dont know if my parents would let me dorm, right now they are leaning towards CSB, however, I feel like I might be happier in CIIT's campus,
PROS AND CONS, including advice from my parents

Pros:
Well known, thus more job opportunities (Said by my dad)
Closer to my city, if my parents won't let me dorm then commuting would at least be easier
Offers more resources and organizations to join
Closer to the schools my friends would be going to so I will keep in touch with them
Cons:
Higher tuition fee
I feel like the campus is lacking vibrancy and liveliness I'm looking for in an art school
I'm worried about what social life would be like there
College of Arts and Technology
Pros:
Lower tuition fee
I like the environment and feel of the campus,
The other students who go there seem to be friendly and I feel like I'll get along with them
I like the facilities
Cons:
Further away from my home city, I would need to dorm but I don't know who to dorm with or if I could trust my roommates so I'm cautious about that
My parents are concerned about the crime rate within the city
There's other factors I have to take in consideration but I'm blanking right now and would be happy to get advice
