Ordered 3 products worth below all were not good so returned them

Removing the 5 rupee service charge the numbers still don't add up.

Can you help with this or does this happen to everyone

Edit: I can see you guys think the remaining 23 rupees are the platform fees but when I ordered it was just 5 rupees if I had an itemized bill I would have shared it but I don't so let it be Thanks for all of your help!!!

Need advice for the question above will be entering the workforce soon so need guidance is it strategic of foolish of me as when I stay my starting salary could be 4lpa to 6lpa need atleast 12lpa to stay at a job for 2 years standard should I change jobs frequently or suffer at a low salary at the beginning?
