Bhai koi Kisan College, Sohsarai mein padhta hai? Ya PPU ke kisi bhi college/university mein BSc 1st semester mein hai? Please help 😭
Ye jo neeche Botany ka assignment diya hai, mujhe samajh nahi aa raha ki exactly kaise banana hai, kitne pages ka banana hai, kis type ke paper par banana hai, aur format kya rakhna hai.
Notice mein bas likha hai ki MJC/MIC Botany ke liye any one topic par assignment prepare karke exam ke din submit karna hai.
Agar kisi ko idea hai ki PPU/Kisan College mein assignments ka format kya hota hai, please bata do. Handwritten banana hai ya printout? A4 ruled/plain sheets? Cover page chahiye?
Please help 🙏
My mom and younger brother taunt me over almost everything and keep bringing up things from my past, even though they know how badly those things affected me.
Yesterday, while I was having dinner, they both started talking about how I failed Class 12 in 2025. They were saying things like, “What will we tell people? What will these four people think? What will the world say? You took a drop.”
They know exactly what I went through at that time. My entire village found out that I had failed 12th. People made fun of me, relatives humiliated me, and honestly, my own family also said things that hurt me a lot. That period was extremely humiliating for me, and even now bringing it up suddenly makes me feel terrible.
This year there was a scholarship for students in Classes 11–12. I had filled out the form but didn't receive it. Now my younger brother is in Class 12 and filled out the same form, and I'm getting taunted about that too.
The thing is, I didn't give up.
I appeared for Class 12 again in 2026 through my state board and scored 358/500 (71.6%) in PCB. I know it isn't some extraordinary score, but I worked my way back after failing once. Yet my family still doesn't seem happy or satisfied.
The constant taunting is exhausting. Sometimes even hearing my mom's voice irritates me because I already feel so overwhelmed by everything that has happened.
How do I deal with this kind of environment without constantly getting triggered by what they say? How do I stop their comments from affecting me so much?
I don't want sympathy. I genuinely want to learn how to handle this and move forward with my life.

Woke up at 5:48 AM.
My first study session was kinda late cuz I had some household chores to do.
6:59–8:41 AM: English Grammar (1hr 42 min)
9:19–9:55 AM: Zoology class (36min)
Then I made chapati and took a bath.
10:46–11:14 AM: Completed a pending Zoology class (28 min)
2:17–3:40 PM: Maths class (1hr 23 min)
4:40–5:13 PM: English Grammar again ( 33min)
One thing I'm struggling with is feeling sleepy during classes. 😭 My eyes literally start closing sometimes, even though I'm sitting at a table and chair and taking notes at the same time. I don't know why this happens.
Also, I got my period today, so my productivity went down a bit. :(
But anyway, Day 1 is done. Tomorrow, if I'm feeling better, I'll try to do better than today.
Thanks for reading my post! 🌻
I'm a student, and lately my screen time has been around 11 hrs a day. Most of it goes to ig Reels, yt Shorts/videos, and random scrolling.
Every night I promise myself, "Tomorrow will be different." I tell myself I'll study, focus on my goals, and stop wasting time. But the next day I end up doing the same thing again.
The scary part is that I don't even enjoy scrolling anymore. I just keep doing it automatically. I feel mentally exhausted, my attention span feels terrible, and sometimes I struggle to focus on even simple tasks.
I don't have a laptop or fancy setup. I mainly use an old phone for everything, including studying, which makes things harder because all the distractions are right there.
If you've ever been stuck in this cycle and managed to break free, what helped you the most?
Did you delete social media?
Use app blockers?
Replace scrolling with another habit?
How long did it take before your focus improved?
I'd really appreciate any advice. Right now I feel like I'm wasting too much of my time and energy, and I want to change before it gets worse.
( I'm not looking for a quick fix. I just want to hear what actually worked for people who were in a similar situation.)
Thanks for reading.🌻🤍
