okay so yesterday there was an attempted delivery made, the driver called me but i didn’t catch her in time and she left because she said she couldn’t find the house, when i called back she said she already ended her route and sent the packages back to the warehouse
its now been a day later and my package status still says out for delivery and not “package returned to warehouse”
and yes i contacted uniuni.. yes the ai and a real person, both said i have to wait until it says return to warehouse to try for a redelivery.
the delivery driver now won’t answer my messages or calls, so do i just wait or did she rly just keep the package?
hii today i just had a package attempt to be delivered but the delivery driver stated she couldn’t find the house so she gave it back to the warehouse.. has this happened to anyone else? and have they tried to redeliver the next day?
i’ve tried contacting uniuni but the “real” human support ignore you until it auto closes the chat after 10 minutes..
i also made changes to the outside of the house wirh bigger house numbers for the drivers to see so im just hoping this will change the outcome
the first two are the same (im pretty sure) but i can’t find anything showing an actual tag on them, the last one i cant even find anymore pictures of let alone a brand.. ive reverse image search using a ton of different engines so idk + thank you in advanceee!
i ended up using the cheapest delivery option which was ecms ! my package was then delivered with speedx which did worry me a bit but it arrived perfectly with zero flaws <33 it also only took about a week to arrive !! sooo pleased with the entire process
