I'm starting work soon (alhamdulilah) and it's my first job in Kuwait. I come from a super casual working environment (my manager would come in track pants 🙄) and now moving to a semi-formal kinda dress code.

Basic social media management, designing 12-15 creatives a month (posts, stories, reels) and copywriting.
They want to do this on a monthly basis, I do have 5+ years of experience. What would be a good number to start at? They've quoted me $250, is that sufficient?

influencers posting like normal, like it was the best event ever but this is so unprofessional. i'm glad someone called it out. the events culture with influencers is quite terrible, things don't start until late, everything is delayed, and the bigger creators also behave so entitled.
