How do you convince your parents for therepy?

18 yo here. I've always felt i need therapy to cope with life.(frequent anxiety a attacks, episodes, self harm, etc) but I have no idea how to even bring up the idea of going for therepy. I moved cities earlier this year for college and my mental health has deffinetly become worse than it already was. Coming from an Indian household the idea of therapy is already not welcomed. But at this point it feels like that is my only option if I need to get my stuff together. Of anyone on this sub started therepy as a minor it would really help to know how you started your journey with therepy

How do I start therepy, etc

Ive always known i have a personality disorder. Whether it be my relationships, friendships, or social behavior and reactions.I have sh before (2 years clean)but only a few close friends know of it plus ive had intense suicidal thoughts on an off for the last few months. Around a month ago I began reading about bpd. No matter how hard i try to reason im pretty sure i have some form of bpd. Ik self diagnosing is a big no when it comes to psychological disorders. However im afraid of coming out to this to my parents and going to therapy (17f + pretty conservative family). Is there any way in which i can convince my parents for therapy.

A game about mumbai local trains in india during peak hours

As a traveller of the mumbai local train it is no less than a zombie apocalypse. Just search any YouTube video of it during peak hours. The mumbai train network is divided into 3 lines, central, western and Harbour. Tha difficulty of each game can be according to these 3 lines, harbour being the easy mode and central being the difficult one. The game can be based around getting in at a crowded station and getting down without being caught up in the crowd or not falling down on the track and respawning.

It can also include side tasks like putting your bag on the shelf without hurting anyone, getting into fights, traveling without a ticket, surviving when the electricity goes off, etc.

Also, the local trains are divided into Ist and IInd class respectively with separate women's coaches of the same. The women's coach is also a completely different experience than the general coach. If that respect is added it'll make the game more realistic.

You can also decided what you want to play as. You can be a ticket checker, a normal suburban worker traveling home, a student, etc.

(Also i saw an edit on Instagram reels which was kind of similar to this concept. It was the trend of editing (xyz) as a game loading scree. That is what inspired me )

Here is tha link to the Instagram reels link
