Computer advice?

Salam~ Mən İT oxuyuram. Keçən dəfə dərslərimdə və proqramlaşdırmada yaxşı kompüter soruşdum burada və mənə Lenovo ThinkPad yaxşıdır dedilər. T seriyası yaxşıdır dedilər. Amma mən onu bilmək istəyirəm ki, sizcə ThinkPad T14 Gen 6, yoxsa T14 Gen 4? Yoxsa başqa model?

Advice or help?

I'm in 16F. Lately, I've been having a lot of academic problems and I've been failing exams. My life hasn't been easy so far. While my family was quite good, I struggled a lot at school and had trouble fitting in for years, and I was bullied. All of this changed my life and who I am. I can't lie, I like who I am now and my personality – maybe I don't, maybe I'm just trying to comfort myself. Besides all this, I'm also dealing with social anxiety. I really want to see a psychologist, but I can't openly tell my family; to be honest, I'm a little embarrassed(?) I don't know how to explain this feeling. I've told my mother a few times, but she says we'll see after all the exams are over. I can't go or do anything without my family's permission. From the outside, I act and appear quite normal, which makes it seem like the difficulties I'm experiencing inside and the voices/questions in my head don't exist. What do you think I should do? I want to get help before it's too late, but convincing my family doesn't seem easy.

Can someone tell me how I can be the same again?

I was always the antisocial, the one who couldn't talk to people, couldn't go anywhere on his own, wanted to be alone, anxious...I wasn't like this before. Really. I'm not lying. I used to be quite a social person. But then I was bullied a lot and I guess I wanted to be like this. So I've had a lot of stress my whole life, and that stress has taken my health away from me at some point. I blame myself. I should've let it be like this. But it is what it is. I almost died 2 years ago. Why? Because what the people around me think about me is very important to me and I was working to please them. I wasn't eating anything, I lost 10 kilos in 3 months, I had nothing healthy left. Thanks to my doctor, he saved me, but its effects are still not gone. I will never forget what I experienced at that time for the rest of my life. I will never forgive those people because I still have to take medicines and give blood tests every month because of those people. I am also a very realistic person. I don't have a dream world, I have no dreams. And I don't have the patience to make my dreams come true. I don't have the patience to deal with people. I have no dreams. And I don't have the patience to make my dreams come true. I don't have the patience to deal with people. I have a really important exam (An exam to enter the university) next week and I'm extremely stressed about it. This stress is slowly destroying me. But I don't study and I don't want to study. I think I will die in the end and all my effort will be wasted. I think it's like nothing in this life is worth doing because I'm going to die in the end and none of it will mean anything. Actually, I don't even know what I expect from my future. 1-2 years ago, I really had dreams, there were millions of things I wanted to do in the future, there was a job I wanted to be, I had dreams to enter university. But now none of it seems to make sense. I don't want to be like this anymore. I'm only 16 years old and I want my life to have meaning.

What should I do? 16F

What should I do?

I'm graduating in 1.5 months. I'm going to take an extremely important exam with a score limit, and I can't even get close to rhat limit (4 wrong answers cancel out one correct answer). I'm not studying at all because I don't feel like it. My teachers have been telling me since I was little that if I studied hard, I could be a very good student and that I have a very strong potential. I've started to realize this myself lately: I understand even difficult questions and topics after listening to them just once (of course, sometimes I need to listen 2-3 times). Even though I feel extremely guilty for not studying, I still can't do it. I don't want to study at all. But at the same time, I want to get into the university as my family wants. I can't even force myself to solve 10 math problems; I just want to look at my phone, or if I'm not looking at my phone, I want to be busy with something else. Even when I sit down with my books to study, after solving three problems I completely zone out, and then I look at the clock and realize I've been thinking about the future for 20 minutes and haven't done anything. This also happens in class: the teacher starts explaining the lesson/question, and even if I start listening at first, I realize they've already explained five questions and I'm still thinking about my future. When this happens, I don't feel like studying at all.

I'm not fat—I weigh 49 kilos and I'm 16 years old. But my legs are thick. My calves aren't that thick, but my thighs are. I'm unhappy with my inner thighs and saddle bags. How can I get rid of them? Especially my saddle bags. I want some good exercises

I'm 16 years old. My life now is normal, but also quite stressful. I'm definitely not where I want to be right now. Looking back, I think all of this is because of the decisions I made in the past. Maybe they weren't – I'm just thinking that. These decisions were all about my future, about charting a career path. And I'm extremely regretful about everything. Maybe I'll be grateful for those decisions in the future, but I'm not sure. It feels like I didn't do anything right or make any good decisions back then. I'd give up both my arms to go back and change those decisions. I don't know how to describe this feeling. I've never felt this awful in my life. Please, someone say something or help me.

Hi. I'm 16 years old. I've always been a social butterfly and extrovert, but due to certain reasons (bullying, etc.), that changed, and now I'm an introvert and have a lot of difficulty socializing. I can never feel comfortable in a social setting unless one of my closest friends is with me. But if one of my closest friends is with me, I become quite extroverted. Otherwise, I avoid going to crowded places with many people. I don't even go to the supermarket alone, to avoid getting into conversations with the salesperson. I can't ask anyone for anything when I'm alone, and I get nervous walking alone. When I enter a place I haven't been before, I think everyone is looking at me, laughing at me, and thinking things like "How ugly" or "How stupid" about me. Why do you think I can do this when I'm with my friends, but not when I'm alone?

Hi. My dream has always been to be a singer, and music is my greatest passion. About 5-6 years ago, I discovered K-pop, and I really started to love it, and I still do. When I watched them, I thought that my childhood dream of becoming a singer was exactly like this: making songs, dancing, and singing. I'm from a completely different country, but I still entered online auditions. I tried so many times, I think hundreds, and finally I managed to pass the auditions, twice! But my family wouldn't let me. I couldn't even tell my father. I don't know why, I guess I was scared. When I told my mother, she said no. A very long time has passed since then (2025), but that fire inside me hasn't gone out, and I still have that dream. Maybe I'm just being silly and hoping... Now I'm preparing for the university entrance exam. Everything is risky because there's a score limit, and if I don't pass it, I might not be able to get into university, but I'm also struggling a lot with my classes. That's not my dream, it's not to be an engineer or a doctor. I don't even study because I really can't. Maybe if my family had let me then, I could be where I really want to be now. I'm so confused about this. I have so many questions. What do you think I should do from here? I really need someone's advice.
