This is not four independent agency clients. It is one connected portfolio, and you will have direct access to the owner.

What you will actually own:

  • Content calendars planned two weeks ahead for all active brands — always
  • All creatives: graphics, Reels, Stories, short-form video — produced in-house by you
  • All copy: captions, GMB posts, listing descriptions, promotional content in each brand's voice
  • Google Business Profile for the cleaning brand (posts, review responses, updates)
  • GHL CRM: tag and track every marketing-generated lead within 48 hours
  • Monthly report by the 3rd — reach, engagement, follower growth, leads per brand
  • AI tools used with judgment — you move faster with AI but your thinking still drives the output

What we are looking for:

  • 3–5 years in digital marketing or social media management — agency or multi-brand preferred
  • Portfolio with 2+ brands, 1+ result metric, and at least one Reel or short-form video sample
  • Video editing is required (not optional): CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or equivalent
  • Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, GoHighLevel or comparable CRM, Canva, scheduling tool
  • Professional written English — copy goes live without editing from us
  • Night shift setup: 50+ Mbps internet, dedicated workspace, backup plan for outages

[HIRING] Senior Property Manager | Remote | $960–$1,280 USD/month

Company: Suites by VTJ — property management company in Raleigh, NC managing residential, commercial, and short-term rental properties.

Role: Senior Property Manager, fully remote

Pay: $960–$1,280 USD/month paid in USD via Wise.

Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM ET, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.

What this job actually is:

You run the day-to-day property operation. Lease review before anything goes to tenants. Rent reminders and late notices — consistent, documented, every time. Maintenance tickets tracked from report to close. Vendors held accountable. A Junior APM whose work you check before it reaches anyone. Tenant communications in English and Spanish (Spanish is preferred, not required — we have tenants who only speak Spanish).

This is not a VA role. You're not supporting someone else's process — you own one.

What's hard about this role — being honest:

  • You work US Eastern hours. The schedule is what it is.
  • You'll deal with difficult tenants. Some will push back, some won't respond, some will dispute charges. You need to handle that calmly and firmly without escalating everything.
  • It's fully remote with no one looking over your shoulder. If you need daily check-ins to stay on track, this won't work.
  • Attention to detail on lease documents matters. One wrong date or missing addendum is a real problem.

What's good about it:

  • Real autonomy. You make the call — escalate only what genuinely needs the management.
  • Stable USD pay.
  • Small team, no corporate bureaucracy.
  • Your work is visible and your impact is measurable.

Who should apply:

  • 3+ years in property management, leasing, or real estate ops
  • Residential + commercial experience preferred (not required, but the portfolio has both)
  • Has supervised or reviewed a junior team member's output and addressed it directly when it wasn't good enough
  • Professional English required. Professional Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Home office: 60 Mbps+ internet (you'll need to submit a screenshot), dual monitors, 16GB+ RAM

Who shouldn't:

  • Never worked remote and has no idea what their own accountability system looks like
  • Spanish is listed on their resume but they can't write a professional sentence in it
  • Has managed only single-family residential and nothing else
  • Needs structure and oversight to stay productive

The hiring process — no hidden steps:

  1. Application on Google Form — 4 knockout questions + internet speed screenshot
  2. Pre-assessment — 45 to 60 minutes, sent to passing applicants only
  3. Google Meet interview — includes a live check of your workspace
  4. Reference calls with two former direct supervisors
