Her leaf finally came through… I see no dark spots where chlorophyll would go… is my pink chan var. a no go? 😭😭😭😭 I waited so long

I know this plant is supposed to be velvety but I noticed that there are some red patches on the without the fuzzy green layer. What’s going on? I never number on it or anything and it doesn’t look fungal. It looks like the green fuzzy part grew everywhere on the leaves except on these patches leaving the red inner “skin(?)”

I just bought a pink cuprea corm and it’s super pale, albo looking. I’ve never grown pink corms out before. Is this a bad sign? :/

I posted about my baby Alocasia Pink Chan yesterday and something told me to check her roots and her corms grew. Should I pick it now?? It’s about the same size as the corm she grew on

I was checking her roots and she already has corms!! Just wanted to share this moment. So cool!!!
