28 year old who just recently stopped “having to live paycheck to paycheck.” How am I doing?

I’m 28 and a mom of 1 toddler. My income is ~$1600/month bc I only work part time. I also live in low cost of living area (Midwest)
403b - $22,000 (not contributing currently bc I don’t work at the job I have this acc through and just haven’t figured out how/where the best way to rollover this account is.)
Investments - $2234 (just started 2 years ago)
HYSA - $1600 (just started a couple months ago bc I had a random $1500 and decided to put it in savings and not touch)
Credit card Debt - $800 (paying it off soon, only this much bc was on vacation last week)
No car payment
We rent our house and it includes all bills. It’s $1000/month but I pay $300 of it as my share.
Student loans - $11k
I don’t keep much in my checking account. Only ~$500 per pay period and I consider it my “spending money” for the period. Goes to random things I buy throughout the month. Kinda funny money but also I use it for important things first, like filling gas tank or buying some groceries or necessities for my house. But I also use it for drinks/food when I want too.
My partner and I both have investment account for our toddler. The account I have for her has $850
I am also expecting to inherit ~30k from my grandfather when he passes, which could be anytime between now to 25 years tbh; you never know. But I do know that’s the amount he is leaving me and also leaving an equal amount to my toddler. My partner obviously makes a majority of the money for our family until my daughter goes to school.
I feel behind but also live “comfortably”. I just would like to hear thoughts, opinions, criticisms or advice please., especially advice on what you would do with the ~$30k if you were to receive it with my financial situation.
