I have been desperately trying to run this game on my mobile device , the game launches without any problem but then when it loads into open world the fps drops to very low and for some reason UNKNOWN the game is not using my entire ram. , it is only restricted to 500mb which is causing very low fps . I have tried all the tricks that were available on the internet:

Tried installing the 4gbpatcher FNV

Tried running it on wine

Tried it on BANNERHUB, BANNERHUB LITE , BANNERLATOR, WINLATOR MALI . EVERY EMULATOR HAD THE SAME RESULT.

LOWERED THE RESOLUTION BUT IT DIDN'T HELP

CREATED A DXVK.CONF FILE , IT DIDN'T WORK

MADE CHANGES IN FALLOUT.INI , NOTHING HAPPENED

LOOKED UP ON YOUTUBE, THERE WERE HARDLY ANY VIDEOS FOR IT .THOSE THAT WERE THERE WERE GIVING THE SAME RESULTS .

NOW REDDIT IS MY LAST CALL FOR HELP !!

( CAN'T BELIEVE JUST YESTERDAY I WAS PLAYING METAL GEAR SOLID PHANTOM PAIN AT A SOLID FPS AND THEN THERE'S FALLOUT :( )

ANY HELP OR SUGGESTION WILL BE APPRECIATED .

The game runs flawlessly on 50-60fps without screen recording, with screen recording the frames are bound to drop but rest assured the game works very well .

Occasional micro stutters and lags due to screen recording on alongside with gameplay otherwise it works flawlessly at 50+ fps .

Also in game settings all low , select dx9 instead of dx11 in the in game menu .

Ran call of duty titles - world at war , mw1 , mw2

Farcry 3 , dbc14 successfully at 60fps with medium to high graphics settings .

Suggest me more games like these that I can emulate, also I was planning on getting into TES SKYRIM as soon as I finish mw3 soon .
