i have a site with 10k active monthly users and currently host with fastcomet. payment is almost due and i was thinking of switching to Libyan Spider since i’ve moved here and learned about them. (it would be nice to support a local business)
the traffic will be mostly from Western Europe so i’m worried about servers speed- i don’t know if it’s worth risking it.
does anyone host with Libyan Spider? how good is their service (and customer support)? anything i should know about them before hand?

I’ve just been put on hold for an hour and been given a rejection. I have messaged them to overturn it…Will they reply? Or is that strike 1 already?
Part of a 3 part study (naming animals from another planet). The second part glitched midway. I shut the tab and opened it again but it just gave me a completion code? I have messaged them to hopefully send it to me again and returned the study (as I don’t want to risk a rejection). It’s a bit sad because I spent a lot of the time on the first section and I don’t think I’ll get paid but yeah. Did I do the right thing?

I’d love some guidance/advice. I’m building a media heavy web app and at the moment i’ve linked supabase for my storage bucket. I’ve tried to make it that when users upload images, the photos automatically compress as webp but i’ve found that the images are not of good quality when 200- 500KB.
I’m looking for an alternative which has a generous free tier. I don’t mind paying a subscription down the line (once my users start to accumulate)
I’d love any suggestions or advice.

I’ve had issues with my spine for a few years now. More pain in my legs (sciatica twice) and hips than my back.
I’ve heard a lot about how having flat feet is linked to back issues. I have somewhat flat feet which has caused me to develop calluses on the inside of my big toe.
I’d love some insight onto what that means exactly. What am I supposed to be researching and looking into? It’d be nice to hear from people who are similar to me too

Currently downtime is off between 9 and 12. I want it to be off only between 9 and 10:30…i’m quite confused. How do I do that?

I initially booked a place but then returned it- I was quite short on time and it needed an hour of my time. It said you “can come at anytime you want” in the description but I didn’t want to risk wasting half an hour for me to kicked out later. I’m bummed.
This is my second time with sciatica (the other leg this time) and i’m honestly just done. I’m early 20s and my back/legs are just my whole life….feel like i’m missing out on so much.
