after a bathroom renovation, radiators are cold

just after renovating my upstairs bathroom which included changing the radiator. turned on the boiler today and all the radiators are cold. the boiler turns on as normal, no abnormal sounds or error code, however the light indicator turns blue and the exhaust steams as it starts up but then turns green again and stops steaming. has bled the upstairs bathroom pipe. are the pipes below the boiler correct as in the photo?

as a budget cruiser, why all the bad rep with MSC?

I live in europe and only have ever done mediterranean and canary islands with MSC and costa. we enjoyed it a lot and recently just did a 12 day caribean cruise and i have to say the food is definitely better in the "american style" cruise. the service is also elevated but i guess its because of the "tipping culture". i do hear a lot of frequent cruisers, all american, complaining about how its better in other liners. I mean you do have to pay at least 2x more for the other liners. is it really worth paying more? whats the difference in food/experience/service?

my husband and I are both immigrants and a lot of cruise staff are our same nationality (philippines/brazil). we share a kinship with the staff and our conversations always revolve around their work and shiplife.

So after about 10 cruises I can say we know what the generic layout of a cruise is. and each cruise can be elevated by differences in ships (the bigger/newer the better), food options, shows and iteniraries. and we do love MSC. but why do they get a bad rep? are other liners really better and is it worth paying 2-4x more for the same itenirary?
