What colour to use on my eyebrows?

Hi, not sure if it fits in this subreddit.
I am new to eyebrow tints and wanted to know if 3.1 Reflectocil would be a good option to dye my eyebrows. I have ashy cool toned light brown hair and my eyebrows are the same colour. In the summer they get so light that they become transparent. I want to counter that. Is 3.1 suitable to match my natural eyebrow colour? Or should I add 1.1 to it?
