I'm genuinely curious: what are the factors that make you reject an applicant? It could be during the resume/CV screening stage or the interview itself.

I recently had an interview where the interviewer told me to wait until next week for the results. But surprisingly, I received a rejection email from the company the day after the interview. It got me wondering what might have gone wrong or what employers usually look out for.

I'd really appreciate any insights, tips, or even common mistakes fresh grads make during the hiring process. Just trying to learn and improve for my next applications.

Just want to ask for your advice when it comes to expected salary. For my background; Communications graduate from a big 4 uni with a Magna Cum Laude honor, and I’ve done 3 different internships from well-known companies.

With my background, what would be a reasonable salary to expect? I will be living independently, so when I start my first job, I'll be responsible for covering all of my living expenses and bills. I want to make sure my salary expectations are realistic while also reflecting my financial responsibilities.
