Why is NURSING Ausbildung in Germany becoming so hyped among non-EU students recently?

Many people are choosing vocational training over a university degree. Is it actually worth it long term in terms of salary, career growth, PR chances, and work-life balance?

Also, how realistic is it to do Weiterbildung after Ausbildung, and does it actually help in career growth and salary increase?

Or is social media and agencies exaggerating it?
