Smart physical SIM to eSIM online conversion is available again
I was able to receive and send two OTPs; one from my sim and another from my email. but even thou it said "verified" with a green check; the submit button is still greyed out and I couldn't continue.
i got stuck at
>"enter your email address to receive your eSIM QR code"
anyone tried it now and was successful?

getting a black screen after the selecting the boot to acronis or acronis syslog collection screen when booting into acronis recovery usb drive.
i face this problem on my new laptop with a 2k resolution. Works on my old laptop with just full HD. I'm using ATI 2025 perpetual edition.
reason: wanted to make an offline backup.
anyone else encountered a similar problem and found a solution?
