I am sick off the people who are forcing non-tech folks to use AI to ship shit code. WTF good is that doing? Just because you can write english doesn't make you a developer. Jesus!

In my case, my on-call devs are being asked to troubleshoot broken pipelines by Senior Managers and Directors who are pushing shitty non-compliant PRs. And I am tired of explaining these dimwits why their pull requests cannot be merged or is a breaking change. They don't even understand the feedback. One moron literally copy pasted my feedback on the Claude Agent chat window and the Agent decided to change the whole CI yaml file just for this one PR to be merged. WTF!!

Are y'all also facing this? What can I do? Should I throw a stone at the conference room where the execs are making such stupid uninformed decisions. On top of all that, they've the audacity to come back and say engineers are not shipping more features and do LAYOFFS! hard working engineers are laid off because of metrics. How could we ??? when there is this huge bottleneck of stakeholders acting like seasoned engineers and trying to destroy production every single day!
