A/C temperature driver’s side not as cold?

2021 Volvo XC90.

This spring I noticed my AC temperature is odd. One day AC was struggling, I searched on YouTube and found a trick when you run all zones at max with AC turned off with only fan running. Hard to explain but that fixed it after. I’m assuming it happened after that, but driver side air-conditioning temperature is warmer. No matter what temperature it’s set to in sync. Almost feels like there is no AC and it’s just a fan on the driver’s side, but other zones are cooler. Do you know what could be causing this?

Can one of 4qt Essential pan or 4 qt Weeknight pan replace both 3qt saute pan and 3qt sauce pan?

I am debating having one of the two pans in place of owning both 3qt sauce pan and 3 qt saute pan. The options are 4qt Weeknight pan and 4qt Essential pan, they are somewhat similar except essential is more rounded and taller, weeknight has more cooking surface.

My main reason being, I find 3qt saute pan a tad bit small. I do find 3qt sauce pan useful, but the things I make in 3qt sauce pan can be made in a saucier version of it (like essential or weeknight?) but slightly bigger. Is this a stretch? 3qt sauce pan fit on my smaller induction burner, but essential and weeknight won't.

I do have a universal pan 4.5qt with two handles that I use for things people usually use 12" skillet for. Lots of cooking surface and it's a very useful size. I'm sad this is discontinued.

4.5qt universal pan can be used for food that I would use 3qt saute pan for as well.

Opinions?!

Dinnerware plates and such, how many special/ accent pieces do you buy?!

I have dinnerware set of 8, 8 of each dinner plates, salad plates, cereal bowls, and wide pasta bowls. These are white and we use them daily.

I would also like to buy a set of finer dinnerware, maybe something I could use for fancier special dinner at home. I was thinking a set of 6? My husband and I plan on having two kids and a step son is occasionally here. Should I just buy 4? Typically dinnerwares are sold by a set of 4 I think.

Also I would like to collect some accent pieces, such as this super cute dessert/salad plates I saw at Homegoods yesterday. I have floral dessert plates from Sur La Table that were gifted to me and I have 4 of it. I think it’s nice to collect some special occasion accent pieces like this, but I am contemplating if I should get 1 of each, or 2 of each to match?

What do you do with yours?!

Your most used cookware, pots and pans and its sizes

Mine are:

All Clad 1.5 qt sauce pan

All Clad 3 qt saute pan

All Clad 12 inch skillet

All Clad 8 qt stock pot

Staub 3.5 qt braiser

Le Creuset 6.75qt wide round dutch oven

Staub 5.5 qt dutch oven

I don’t use cast iron nor carbon steel, I know they are wonderful to cook with. I will one day learn to love it. I also find smaller sized enameled cast iron not too useful. I rather use stainless steel sauce pan that I can use metal whisks, etc. I don’t use 8 inch and 10 inch stainless steel pans.

Let me know what’s in rotation in your most used and loved cookware!

I have pillow in my small collection:

LC 3.5qt sauteuse
Staub 5.5qt
LC 6.75qt wide round
Staub 3.5qt braiser

I like to batch cook food because I like to have leftovers for lunch and second dinner sometimes. It’s only me and my husband for now, but we plan on having two kids. I use LC wide round almost like a 5qt braiser. On occasion I think the wide round is a bit shallow because of its height, especially when I’m making a stock or soup. So my thought was to get a 7 quart Staub. I’m hesitant that the size may be redundant and perhaps I should just go for a 9 quart? 9 quart is pretty big, and it is so expensive because 7 quart has a sale going on right now.

Please help!

What size is this grenadine beauty? One of ig food content creator uses this and seems like a very versatile size. Also I did not know grenadine is such a beauty! Her stove is larger than standard as you can see.
