Can anyone recommend an apartment complex that is secure, not overrun by homeless, with an attentive staff?
Location: I-10 corridor, a little off near ramp, in area Between Prince and Speedway.
1 Bedroom unfurnished in $800 to $900 a month area.

I've been noticing toilet paper doesn't move from directly under the toilet. I use RV toilet paper, plenty of water, but it just seems to accumulate. Should I not be setting my camper up level?
