Any ideas for what this could be?

First picture was August 12 when I first noticed this. Thought it was contact dermatitis so I switched to hypoallergenic everything and washed all my clothes and bedding twice. Second was 2 weeks ago after I took a 5 days dose of prednisone, third picture is now. My major spots and redness seem to be fading, but my skin is still blotchy, itchy, and feels thick. I’m thinking it may be Pityriasis Rosea and I will have to wait it out. This has been hell and any advice would be beneficial.

Any insight would be helpful, these red marks are giving me so much anxiety.

This is embarrassing but I’ve Randomly started getting these slightly itchy bumps all over my chest/back/groin area. Any clue what this could be? My girlfriend seems to think it’s laundry detergent, I’ve been taking antihistamines and it helps the itchyness. Any insight would be appreciated. I first noticed it on Wednesday.
