Since ever, I have been carrying standard 1.5 l PET plastic water bottles in the backpack. I typically typically buy sparkling water in a shop, and then reuse that bottle many times until it's not usable anymore. The greatest benefit is that such a bottle weighs only ~30 g which is perfect.
However, there are downsides. 1) it's not very pretty; 2) it does look to other people that I am not environmentally friendly at all (yes, I don't have to care, I know)
So I am wondering whether there are alternatives for such a lightweight bottle? Any tips? I don't want the foldable bag/bottle.
