The Centering on the shards are way off. If i wanted to send this in to get graded im getting a 9 due to poor Centering. The border Centering is just so obviously off.
Will Centering be addressed in later drops.

Its 100% a scam how the community is trying to convince people to sell grade 9s as raw. This is insanely predatory behavior ive been seeing as if late from slab buyers.
Nothing you say can change this fact
This has to be the most frustrating grade you can get.
10+10+10 + 9 = 39 = 9.5 gem mint
10+10+9.5+9.5 = 39 = 10 gem mint
10+10+10+9.5= 39.5 = pristine 10. You jump 2 tiers for a .5 difference
10+9+9.5+9.5 = 38 = 9.5 gem mint
2 of the same grade but 2 different grades. This Is very poor optics.
One of the gem mint categories needs to go away.
Compared to previous sets ive seen so many people pull cards with print line and dint and corner dings and edge bends. It seems to meet demand they had to sacrifice quality.
Not pokemon level of quality control yet but they have clearly fallen behind bandai and bushiroad in terms of quality control. Hope this is a one off set and moving forward this issue is fixed.
Mark is so fine u cant see it unless at a specific angle with bright light.

Personally I would like if they changed thier slabs to clear and removed the frosted borders.
I also wouldn't mind having the label be at the bottom of the card
