Got my YS640 set at 350 but its going all over the place. This is a chart with the hood closes. I have had this smoker for about 4 months now and I expected it to stabilize better.
I moved to Littleton last spring (March) from Indiana and I know last winter was here exceptionally dry. In central Indiana I managed fine with a single stage Honda snowblower for 20 years. Even in storms up to 10"
Here I have a 3 car driveway, about 30x30 but its north facing, so my house will shield a lot the driveway from sun to help melting.
So do I need to upgrade to a 2 stage?
Take REM. In the early 90s they were one of, if not the biggest band in the world. Now you barely hear them, on the radio, or playlists. Compared to other massive bands of the time (Pearl Jam, Nirvana) or even classic bands like Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Steely Dan. You ask most Gen Z and they will know who these bands are but have zero clue about REM.
Was thier music that dated?
How do you all typically organize your wine collection? Do you keep notes on your variety, vintages and vineyards? I usually organize by variety, an vineyard, but not much else.
Often I have bought a bottle and a year later I will look at it an can't remember its character or what I liked about it originally. Anyone else have this problem and what did you do about it?
