Arrival of Siera EV
The new Sierra EV looks promising and has got great features. It also promises 500+kms range. Will it be a competition for Xev 9s specially pack one and pack two ? And will magindra offer discounts in near future ?

Hi everyone,

I'm seriously considering buying the Mahindra XEV 9e Pack Three with the 79 kWh battery pack. On paper, it looks like a fantastic package with strong performance, premium features, and a claimed long-range battery. Mahindra also claims a real-world range of over 500 km for the 79 kWh version.

Before making the final decision, I'd love to hear from actual owners, especially those who have been using the vehicle for a few months or have covered significant kilometres.

A few specific questions:

How has your real-world range been in city and highway driving?

Have you faced any software glitches, charging issues, or unexpected problems?

How is the battery performance holding up so far?

Most importantly, how has your after-sales service experience been with Mahindra?

How responsive are dealerships and service centres when issues arise?

Have spare parts availability and repair timelines been satisfactory?

I've come across quite a few mixed reviews online regarding Mahindra's after-sales support. While many owners seem happy with the vehicles themselves, I've also seen complaints about service quality, delayed resolutions, and poor customer support from some Mahindra EV owners.

For those who own a Mahindra EV (XEV 9e, BE 6, XUV400, or any other Mahindra EV), can you share your actual experience? Are these negative reports isolated cases, or is there genuinely a widespread after-sales service issue?

I'm looking for honest, unbiased feedback—both positive and negative—before I commit to a purchase.

Thanks in advance!
