Made a listing and then immediately got two person emails asking me to confirm listing from randoms
How does that even happen. Posh mark does not list email address. How would someone even know to send me a phishing link scam.

They have matured. Here is the fine mist of edible glitter to finish them off.
Looking for people who have been diagnosed with both conditions and what your treatment/daily products look like.
I've have severe eczema for 36 years and have been on Dupixant for the last 10 years. I recently put two and two together and ask for an oral invermectin from my derm(I've been seeing her for like 12 years). She reluctantly gave it to me thinking it wouldn't help....But it helped tremendously. I went to her about a demodex infestation (for invermectin) not rosacea specifically- then I saw another doctor after (not my regular derm) and had a facial skin scan done and she said I for sure had rosacea. I've always been told that my red irritated face is just flaring eczema. This second doc I've only seen a few times and I pay out of pocket to see. I know demodex and rosacea are heavily connected - so this might be what my issue is.
I've been using topical invermectin 1% for the last two weeks and I have severe dryness. But a lot of my other symptoms are disappearing. Anyone else trying these two beasts at the same time?
Can anyone tell me about these products?
I seem to have e a demodex issue which is causing my eczema to flare. My symptoms are not typical to the eye crusting and pimples but I have extreme skin shedding. Fungal (seb derm) has been ruled out and topical steroids are not making any difference. I have been on Dupixant for 10 years.
I find I get relief from inflammation with teatree and benzyol peroxide but it is irrating my skin a bit.
I have been labeled with extreme eczema for my whole life since birth. I am now thinking my flares are partially due to rosacea - particularly a demodex issue. I'm having problems because all my regular products are not working for me. And then when I find products that work and reduce the flaring they are not moisturizing enough for my eczema. I wanted to give azelaic acid a try and I think I gave my self a chemical burn. I had redness and burning and small hives. I washed it off super quick maybe 5 minutes after applying. And the. For the next week my skin peeled so badly.
After the fact I have seen posts stating you should use it with benzyol peroxide which is a face wash I use from time to time and also use it on dry skin? I can't just have dry skin with no moisturizer because of my eczema.... so does anyone have some tricks for me?
I was put on a invermectin for 2 doses 1 week apart and I had a huge die off on the 2nd and 3rd day. Then I was substantially better and then 3 weeks after I'm seeing my symptoms apprea again.
So I'm looking for a routine that I can use that works both for eczema and demodex issues.
I have found using teatree helpful as well a sulfer.
