Simple white tee + curls kinda day

Tried keeping it simple with an oversized white tee, blue denim, and a sling bag for a clean casual look. The lighting made the picture turn out better than expected so I thought I’d post it here 😭

What would you change or add to elevate it?

need gym tips for a tall guy

6’5” , 100kgs , 17
like are there any tall people who can help me with some questions?
The first question is that how do you get the full range of motion and lat pull downs because at my Building gym, the machine for the lack pull down is quite small, and whenever I go for the stretch for the like the finishing the rep, it always touches the ground and the weights. Just you know the tension is gone, and I don’t feel that stretch. Is there any other advice or another exercise for the substitute for Lat pull down and for deadlifts my knees getting the way of the rod when I try to pull it up , and I tend to fall back a lot during squats . I think my footing is wrong
is there like a channel or is there insta page which can help me, you know our tall people exercises and like my weight right now. I do look a little fat in my opinion because I used to be skinny. I was trying to gain weight, but I didn’t mean to gain you know fat I was trying to gain muscle, but doing two years. I mostly didn’t go to the gym or started now again, so I need tips would help for losing weight a little bit. Acc to you how much should i lose and my legs are very skinny kinda insecure

hi , i scored 91.6 in jm 2026 , im taking a drop to 99 plus in next hopefully

major mistakes i made

isolating myself (sold my phone)

i had zero interaction w people outside of coaching

in coaching also i talked to like 3 people cuz others were dumb as a wall

trying to do better , started going to gym

i need some advice and tips to stay consistent

i made mistakes in 11 by choosing wrong coaching (local one they only taught board and cet)

so after looking thru way too many posts ,

i have decided from where to study from ,

mohit tyagi channel for chem and math

ashish arora sir for physics

quzzier test series mains only

gonna follow their schedule i think its good , mocks from dec ( maybe ill start beforehand)

im not sure if advanced is my cup of tea ,

my math is complete fucked neber really gave much attention to it , which also brought down my percentile

any recommendations from your side?

i have done hc verma and dc pandey(only ex level 1)

and ms chohuan (till lvl 2)

n awasthi(lvl 1)

biggest blunder i made was solving pyqs with teachers like eduniti , i shouldve attempted first and then look at solutions

not taking mock analysis seriously

trying to remove everything from my life

seeing big diagram or paragraph question and skipping due to fear

lack of revision although i made short notes

following too many teachers

getting distracted by people

taking words to heart ,
