Just got my first mustang

I just got my first mustang at 20 years old! This is my first sports car of any kind, ive always owned manual ford rangers and civics before this. Its a 2002 manual GT with 160k km that i picked up for $6000 CAD. I am freakin loving this thing. I cant get enough of the sound. Its catless and has a custom exhaust and sounds amazing. I do wish it had cats but for the price i paid I think it can be overlooked. What do you guys think and what should I know?

New owners of my house are requesting money from me. Am i responsible to pay?

Just sold my house a week ago. New owners had a home inspection before moving in. Today I recieved an email forwarded to me by my real estate agent that came from their agent. It stated that the furnace is leaking water and it must be dealt with immediately and that our choices are to come take care of it ourselves or they will have a professional come diagnose and fix the issue and will forward us the bill to pay. I obviously had no idea there was any issues with the home when i sold it. What are my responsibilities here and do i really have to pay for this?

Do you guys charge for gathering materials?

When you guys do jobs that you charge hourly, do you start the clock when you go to the store, or when you arrive at the clients place? Follow up, do you stop the clock if you have to run back to the store mid job if you forgot something?

Is this legit?

I am an electrician (1st year apprentice). My dad is in the reception hall business and is asking me if i can make him a breaker box like this. Doesnt seem all too complicated, each breaker goes to an individual outlet, and it all plugs into one of his 50A range receptacles. He says DJs always bring their own ghetto versions for their equipment that start overheating and can cause a fire. Is this at all legit? Ive never seen anything like this before. Just wanted to get some other electricians input.
