what is with certain owners treating their latino chefs like pets?

im speaking specifically about mama rita's and charlie's italian bistro. the way that tatiana especially treats her chef is bizarre when she has to fire him

is there any episode more bizarre than burger kitchen?

burger kitchen is genuinely the most perplexing episode to me, even moreso than amy's baking company. from the son and his girlfriend with their bizarre hats, the gentle satan book, the waygoo beef, and the prozac chef argument. it has to be easily the most insane episode to me...i am shocked gordon didnt walk out like he did to amy and its probably only the son that was the reason he stayed

my cat mia has been a part of my life since i adopted her for my 6th birthday back in 2006, she has lived with kidney disease for 4 years and bladder cancer for 2 as well as being very underweight during all of that time. recently, as of last week she is now suffering from muscular atrophy in her back legs and can barely stand or walk, she has also had bladder accidents for quite some time. we took her to the vet last week and they told us that we should consider euthanasia as she is most likely suffering a lot...but here is where im conflicted, she still eats and drinks and has quite the appetite for wet food and treats. i don't know if shes hiding it super well but she seems to still have a lust for life. she also is still spunky and sassy as ever, she still hissed at the vet when they were touching her. they gave us gabapentin for her pain. my fear with euthanasia (as in vet euthanasia is the only option where we live), is that she will still have that life and that attitude inside her if and when we decide to bring her in and the thought of her hissing at the vet when they insert the euthanasia IV terrifies me and makes me not want to go through with it at all. is it time? when is it a good time to make that decision? less than a year ago when we put our other cat down from his cancer he was barely even lucid by the time we brought him in for his euthanasia.
