Started a no buy this month and Spotify puts this gem on 💔✌️

I bought way too many perfumes. Just checked my financials for last month and I need to be stopped. My last few purchases were:

Insomnia / waking up with heart racing.

For the past four months, every time I’m 1/4 of the way into luteal phase, I fall asleep, wake up at 3-4AM and lag in bed with my heart racing, a random song starts playing in my head, and my thoughts are everywhere, making it extremely hard to go back to sleep.

I’ve been very stressed and anxious lately because of work, battling my relationship OCD during luteal, and other things. I fear the combo of having the usual luteal insomnia and the additional stress is really eating at me.

Can anyone relate and if so, what’s helped you? Lack of sleep is making me lose my mind.
