Question about hormones
Hello. I’m 55 and my last period was 2 years ago, and I have been having hot flashes ever since, sometimes multiple times a day and night. I was wondering if the hormones given to combat this have to be taken forever? If I start and then stop it down the line, will the hot flashes return? I work in long term care, and some of the lady residents have told me they still occasionally get hot flashes in their 70’s and 80’s. Thanks for any info that can be provided.

Just got this beautiful washboard as a gift. (Canada)
Just got this beautiful washboard. When I did the google reverse image, it came up as having been made between 1920-1940. I wonder if anyone thought back when it was made that people from the future would collect it.
