I’ve never found WoW’s default buff display particularly easy to read, so for years I used addons like Elkano’s BuffBars.

The big advantage of addons like that is that consumables and weapon enchants are much easier to spot. The downside is that, with solutions like those, buffs often can’t be right-clicked off during combat.

So I made this little piece of “AI slop” to make certain buffs I want to track more closely, as well as weapon enchants like Windfury, sharpening stones, weightstones, etc., stand out more clearly.

You can use an extra buff row and add buffs to it manually by spell name, spell ID, or simply by selecting them with a checkbox.

Weapon enchants are detected automatically and shown in a third row.

The layout ends up looking like this:

Row 1: Normal buffs

Row 2: Buffs I want to track more closely, consumables, flasks, buff food, etc.

Row 3: Weapon enchants

There are also a few smaller features like a warning glow below a configurable number of seconds, left/right alignment, and adjustable spacing.

One important thing for me was keeping Blizzard’s native buff buttons, so buffs can still be removed during combat.

I got a fury main, tank/ret pala and a hunter at 70. GS is 1950, 1900 and 1700 so not too shabby.
I know P3 is coming soon and there’s new stuff to do but I feel like I want to play a caster now. For sure I would boost it, but I don’t know if I should pick mage or warlock. Warlock I played vanilla tbc, never played mage. I got a shaman at 60 but did ele last tbc go around. I have also a 57 priest but don’t really like the idea of playing shadow?
So what should I pick? Mage or wl?

I use stacking nameplates for enemy’s. It’s set in wow options under nameplates. And in my betterblizzplates. I know there’s a lot going on since the big patch which fcked up most nameplates but I got the problem that the stacking nameplates automatically set to off. That’s often the case after reload or relogging. But also not every time. I used chatti und google but there’s always the same answer with cvar motion, but this cvar doesn’t exists. Anyone got the same problem?

Hi there, i got 3x Aqara Light Switch H2 EU. Two of them lose connection every week or so. Sometimes they stay a bit longer. I have to reset them when they lose conneciton. Is this a known error for those devices?

I wanted to share a small addon I’ve been working on for WoW TBC Anniversary: RaidAssignTBC.

The idea behind it is pretty simple: as a raid leader, I wanted a clean way to prepare and post raid assignments without having to write everything manually every time.

I know there are already addons out there that cover parts of this, but every time I tried one, something about the workflow or layout bothered me. So I ended up building my own version — or to be honest, having it built with a lot of help from Codex.

The addon is mainly meant for raid leaders who want a fast and readable way to prepare assignments before pulls and post only the sections they need.

It’s still a work in progress, so feedback, bug reports, and improvement suggestions are very welcome. If something feels clunky or you have an idea that would make the workflow better, I’d love to hear it.
