Ive submitted a warranty inquiry through their website and I have not heard back in around 2 weeks. Is this normal? Has anyone had experience with warranty support?
Didnt receive a confirmation email or anything, but the submission was successful on the website.
I had a smart switch (with live (black), neutral(white), red(out), and a ground (green)). I want to go back to a regular switch, but confused. The smart switch had cables coming out of it, so I was able to connect those. Am I missing a wire?
The currently installed switch is connected to a fan in an OR circuit, unfortunately the picture I took when I was taking this apart years ago is gone.

Every map they remade forces you to go hehe yolo brawl tank shoot boom bam.
Airfield - same battle every time. Everyone goes for strike and battle is over. Map control doesn't exist anymore.
Outpost - same battle every time. Whole offside is unusable now. Map control doesn't exist anymore.
Oyster bay - same battle every time. Offside has no gameplay. Map control doesn't exist anymore.
Removing klondike - a map that had variety and map rotations/control were important.
Games don't tend to get drawn out, it's all dopamine milking fast action. Comebacks are nearly impossible because of the snowball effect in a brawl-based battle (same thing that happens in pubs with 15-5 wins). It's slowly becoming less chess and more checkers.
