Just a little discussion out of curiosity - how much time do you think you spend writing/decorating/enveloping/stamping each card you send out? :) For me, I send as much for myself as for the recipient, so the longer I get to spend on the card, the more "me time" I feel like I get out of it. 💌

I've almost sent out all the mail that I had committed to, so it's time to commit to more!

I finally found a good use for my card blanks. I'm loving handmade cards lately, but I'm not crafty by any means. Still, I found a really easy origami heart tutorial, so I grabbed some patterned origami paper and gave it a go. These are just simple folded cards with an origami heart stuck to the front, but I think they're cute. It's handy because the envelope helps squish them flat for sending, but they have a little bit of a 3D element when you take them out!

I've sent out a couple to some folks already, but I've made 7 specifically for this offer too. Since I already got confirmation that one of them arrived safely I thought I may as well pop the post up now!

I may make more sometime to use up some more origami paper and card blanks, if people like these. I could find some tutorials for other simple flat-ish designs too. 😊 I think that could be fun!

I know what you mean about "cheating" on a café, haha - lately my friend and I have been frequenting two other eateries in the same tiny shopping centre as the one we were going to religiously before. They're so close together that the owners can definitely see us dining in the other places across from them. 🫣 Oh, and I LOVE the birds on the card, too! So glittery! ✨️

I tend to label myself the Beverage Queen. I seem to have a bottomless stomach for drinks of any kind no matter how full I am food-wise. And I want to hear about your favourites!

It doesn't have to be coffee if you don't like it. Perhaps tea, juice, milkshakes, soft drinks? Whatever your go-to drink order at a café might be, please write it on a card for me!

For me, I actually do usually do whatever diet cola is on offer, but if I'm in the mood for coffee, I tend to do black. I drink flavoured coffees at home but I love a proper Americano, which is always better at a café than the instant stuff I have at home!

Hi everyone. I have a recurring back issue as of last year which has just reared its head again. I'm okay, but I'm just feeling a touch emotional about it because it's a reminder that I'm not as young as I used to be and I'm never really going to be the same.

I remember going around with a Tamagotchi on a lanyard when I was a lot younger, and it was cool to encounter someone in the wild also wearing one. 😊 I love the starry night OG remake, it's beautiful. My favourite Connection growing up was the V3 and the Connection remakes are most similar to that. :) I also love the corner shop games! Hey all, I bought a box set of pretty sea view illustrated cards which measure 13cm by 13cm, which is technically under RM's minimum of 9x14. I asked on the RM sub and some responders had said that undersized letters do pass through often, so I figured these are so very barely undersized that they're probably safe as long as they just travel within the UK for now. Think of it as an experiment!

There are 4 different designs in the box so I thought I'd just do 4 recipients to start with. ⛵️ They're all pretty and fairly similar so I'll pick a design at random to send.
